Welcome to LiftBG. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.
Service Description
LiftBG provides an AI-powered image background removal service. Users can upload images and receive processed versions with backgrounds removed. The service is available through our website.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use LiftBG only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Upload illegal, harmful, or prohibited content
- Upload content that violates the rights of others
- Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures
- Use the service for automated bulk processing without authorization
- Upload NSFW, obscene, or otherwise objectionable material
Free Tier
New users receive 3 free image processing credits per month. Free tier usage is subject to standard processing limits and does not require a credit card.
Payment Terms
Paid features are available through credit packs and subscription plans:
- Credit Packs: One-time purchases of image processing credits. Credits never expire once purchased. Credits are non-refundable after purchase.
- Subscriptions: Monthly or yearly plans that provide a set number of credits each billing period. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.
Intellectual Property
You retain full ownership of all images you upload and all processed results. LiftBG does not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. We do not store, use, or distribute your images beyond the immediate processing operation.
Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime. We provide the service on an "as-is" basis without any service level agreement (SLA).
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LiftBG and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, unused credits are forfeited.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or service notification.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal proceedings.
